In her company, Campfire Skills, Annette Stickler teaches bushcraft skills.
Annette was a Senior Zoo Keeper at Marwell Zoological Park for 8 years. She has bred endangered species and was part of a team working to release endangered species into the wild including Golden lion tamarins.
She carries out field research, has climbed mountains, walked glaciers, trekked through rainforest and stayed with tribes of indigenous people in their wilderness homes. |

Terry Miller -
Winner of ITV's Hells Kitchen
Terry Miller came to prominence when he won ITV’s Hells Kitchen in 2005. He is a larger than life Chef whose character is firmly embedded in his Newcastle roots. As a result of his victory on the popular reality show, Terry has become a much sought after personality for live cooking demonstrations in his native north east.
Since winning Hells Kitchen Terry, now a gourmet chef, has opened his ‘Rockafella’ restaurant in Newcastle upon Tyne with the £250,000 first prize. |

Terry has appeared on Good Food Live, GMTV, Through the Keyhole and recently presented the highly successful ‘A Bite of History’ series on the ITV regional channel Tyne Tees.
